NEED SOME HELP?
To our valued customers: We are incredibly sensitive how frustrating it can be when your system (or service) is not operating to your satisfaction.  Whether it's as simple as needing to know how to change a user code, an annoying "beeping sound" that's driving you crazy, or something more significant, we take the issue (whatever it is) very seriously, and we give you our word that we will have it taken care of as soon as humanly possible.


OPTION 1: DIY TIPS AND FAQ'S
Most of the time, issues can be fixed with a quick look at the User Guide for your system.  If you do not have a User Guide, please select the link to download it (located to the right).  If the answer cannot be easily found, then please don't hesitate to move to section 2 below, and we'll be in touch very soon.

OPTION 2: GET SERVICE NOW

* IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE ENTERING YOUR RESPONSE
Please give us as much detail as possible.  Comments such as, "System is not functioning" can mean a very wide variety of things.  The more we know about the problem is, the faster we can get it resolved for you.  Information such as: when it started, has it been nonstop or does it come and go, what does the screen or voice from the panel say, are you able to guess what the issue "might" be and why you think that, etc. etc.  If you are unable (or unwilling) to give much detail, that is fine (we understand completely).  ALSO: keep in mind that as stated at the top of this page, we consider any (and all) issues (large and small) to be extremely important.  We understand that sometimes, the situation is very frustrating and you just need to vent/rant; if you absolutely need to...go right ahead; we understand.  Just know that it is not entirely necessary to demonstrate a high level of frustration in order for us to act quickly.  We promise that we will act as quickly as possible (regardless of the situation).  So please just let us know what is going on, so we can work together to fix it as soon as possible.  Thank you, and we are sorry that you are having a problem.
